Arran is a qualified Counsellor and full member of BACP offering private therapy in the E1W area of London. He trained in Psychosynthesis counselling at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London Bridge. He has had a lifelong interest in therapy and has been a member of a quarterly men’s group for the last 19 years which is part of a network of groups entitled ‘searching for my Father I found myself”. This led him to participate in the first training programme in men’s group facilitation offered here in London. He believes group work and one-to-one therapy can both be accelerated processes of healing, self knowledge & transformation for those who wish to embark on inner journeys.
Arran offers one-to-one and group counselling with a special interest in working with Men. He is a fully qualified Psychosynthesis counsellor and a full member of BACP. Psychosynthesis is a therapeutic approach that focuses on personal growth and development. Practitioners of psychosynthesis believe individuals tend to synthesise various aspects of the self to become more evolved and self-actualised. This method of therapy can be viewed as a transpersonal approach because it integrates many aspects of the human experience, including spiritual, emotional, cognitive, and physical aspects.
